Yes! The ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

There will be transportation provided to/from the venue and Claremont (Hilton Claremont). The shuttle will depart from the Double Tree at 3:15 pm, and will leave the venue at 10 pm.

We’re excited to celebrate with our wedding party’s youngest members—our junior bridesmaids, usher, ring bearer, and flower girl! We kindly request that the rest of our celebration remains adults-only. Later in the evening, we invite everyone to let loose on the dance floor and enjoy the night without worry. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

Formal or cocktail attire suitable for an outdoor wedding venue. Suits and cocktail length dresses are welcome. We kindly request that our guests refrain from wearing white. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly and opt for shoes comfortable for walking on uneven terrain (and dancing of course!). For those wearing heels, we strongly suggest opting for block heels or wedges. We also recommend bringing a coat, as the evening may get chilly.
